The Variety of Abs Workouts
The abs are among the most important part of the body to cencentrate on when working out. This is because the abs are the epicenter of the body. Your arms and legs essentially form an “X” with the ab region being the vortex. Because of this, people’s eyes will be drawn to the abs. And, yes, this is why abs workouts are among the most important of all exercises.
But, what type of exercises should one perform when working out?
Some assume the sit up is the only ab exercise one can perform. While this is an excellent exercise, it is only one of many different abs workouts.
