The Amazing Biography of Nicholas Bredimus

Hailing from New Jersey, Nicholas Bredimus looked at software, hospitality, and airlines together and forever changed all three areas of business. This resourceful man has been involved in a great many areas, from the high value home design market through a study of safety in the air and computer programs to help with time management. And what’s more, in each case, his drive shines through. His heritage tells you everything you might need to know concerning his talents and how much he has accomplished. Coming together from many nationalities, his line can be traced to Antiquity, with his mother’s branch emerging from Scotland and Germany. The paternal line, however, were born in England and Luxembourg, from where they subsequently migrated in the late 1800s. Having arrived in America, they continued to persevere and climb to the top. Nicholas, along with his six siblings, was born to a father who earned a living as a mechanical design engineer and a mother who worked as a practicing nurse. He settled for a time in Arizona, Texas, Kansas City and a township called Reston in Virginia.

He’s taken on high-powered jobs for firms throughout the airline industry — the majority of them big names. Among these was included the Vice Presidential post for Trans World Airlines (TWA), Republic Airlines, and Hughes Airwest. A hard working programmer, Bredimus’ innovations in airline computer programs are probably his trailblazing legacy.

He is highly respected for one project for US Airways, his airplane maintenance management computer programs which come into use by most airlines. He turned his focus next to recording and making reservations. For both flight and room bookings he pioneered software systems to take on the bulk of the work necessary until that point. He went on to develop QuikTix, an automated ticketing network.

Nicholas Bredimus leveraged these achievements to advance into posts unconnected to software development, and went on to make a name. Key positions with American Express and American Airlines were to come, and in the biggest move of all he founded a business of his own in the early 1990s. And is he still working? Decidedly so — his intellectual powers are called upon and at the ready no matter his retirement. He is now trying to solve the architectural matters tied to the evolution of environmentally sound, technologically advanced top quality homes.
